Refund Policy

Memberships are non-refundable

A membership buys the option to attempt workouts and earn standings for the term you pay for. Whether you use that option is up to you. We don’t refund membership fees, in full or in part, including for unused time.

You can cancel at any time. Your membership then runs to the end of the paid term and does not renew. We send a reminder before every renewal, so you can cancel before you are charged.

Charges made in error

If you are charged twice, or charged after cancelling before a renewal, contact us and we will reverse the charge.

Sponsored seats

If an institution or employer paid your fee, you were not charged. Anything owed between AE and the sponsor is governed by their written agreement. Ending a sponsorship never removes your record.

Institutional and affiliate agreements

Governed by the written agreement.
